Plaxo's Synchronization Manager allows you to closely inspect how your local address book folders (most users only have 1) in Outlook/Express are synchronized with your online address book folders. To launch this tool:
Click the Plaxo pull-down toolbar button
Select Advanced | Synchronization Manager
In the Advanced Sync Options window, you can enable synchronization of your contacts, calendars, tasks or notes by checking the box next to each category.
If you click the "show advanced options" link for a category, you can further drill down to which folder(s) you want to sync with an online Plaxo folder. You can also elect not to sync folders.
When finished, click the 'OK' button and Plaxo will do the rest.
You can use this tool at anytime to find or change how your address book, calendars, tasks and notes folders are linked.
