If you no longer wish to use Plaxo, you must do the following two things:
Delete your account Click here to access our automated account deletion page. You will need to sign in to your Plaxo account using the e-mail address with which you registered with Plaxo. If you have any problems using this account deletion page, please contact Customer Support.
Uninstall Plaxo from your computer If you haven't already, you will also need to uninstall the Plaxo software from your computer.
If you request to have your Plaxo account deleted, all of the information you have stored with Plaxo (address book contacts, calendar events, connections, information) will be removed from our servers. We cannot "undo" this process. The deletion of this information from our servers is permanent.
