How do I customize my Plaxo Signature?    Print   Email   Bookmark   Download  

To add, change, or delete fields from your Plaxo E-mail Signature
Note that all fields in the Plaxo E-mail Signature are optional.

  1. Click on “Plaxo” on the Plaxo Toolbar.
  2. Click on “E-mail Signature."
  3. In the new window, click on the “Advanced” button to expand the window.
  4. In the expanded window, under “Fields Shown,” you can check which fields you would like to include on your Signature.

To customize the font, color, and images in your Plaxo E-mail Signature
  1. On the Plaxo Toolbar, click on “Plaxo”  and then "E-mail Signature."
  2. Check “Enable Plaxo e-mail signature” at the top.
  3. To edit the name, address, and telephone information on your Plaxo Cards, click on the link at the top that says “Click here to edit your Plaxo information.”
  4. From this same window, you have the option to customize several features of your Plaxo E-mail Signature:
    • Click “Style” to select the style of your signature and optionally display your business or personal information.
    • Click “Font” to adjust the font style and size.
    • Click “Colors" to adjust the colors of the background and text.
    • Click “Logo” or “Photo” (depending on what signature style you have chosen).
    The default logo on your Plaxo E-mail Signature is simply a placeholder. You can choose an image file from your machine, from the Web, or leave the area blank. In addition, you can add text as a tagline on the top right of the signature. Both the logo and tagline can be made into links to e-mail addresses or Web sites.
  5. Click on the “Advanced” button to
    - Choose which fields you want to show in your signature.
    • Create a tagline link by entering the URL in the tagline link field.
    • Change the width and height of your signature box.
  6. Clicking "OK" commits the changes while "Cancel" disregards them.
